Tasting of light beer of Ukrainian production and imported origin

As part of the master’s qualification work, a tasting of light beer of Ukrainian production and imported origin was held at the Department of Wine Technology and Sensory Analysis on April 27, 2026. 10 samples were presented, compliance with the standard was assessed, defects were identified, and a conclusion-proposal was made to improve the technology.
